Account Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Telesales team within this successful organisation out towards Duxford, responsible for growing sales and margin within a defined customer base and working closely with other Account Managers & Regional Sales Directors.
My client is looking for a proactive, results-driven individual with proven telephone selling skills and the ability to work together with other internal departments to deliver excellent customer service. The key remit of this role will be to maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships in order to maximise company profit potential. Responsibilities will include:
- Proactive management and development of allocated customer base
- Development of good business relationships with all accounts
- Selling of all of the company's catalogue and marketing publications to selected customers
- Dealing with new accounts requests following company procedures
- Identifying sales opportunities with existing and new accounts
-High levels of communication with the relevant Regional Sales teams
- Reporting on sales activities and providing relevant management information
- Keeping customer contact details and business information updated on CRM system, Salesforce
- Actively supporting other team members
The successful candidates will already have experience in selling to customers, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to work to deadlines. A high level of IT literacy is also required including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
