Quality Manager



Exciting managerial role for somebody conversant with contract compliance issues who is committed to providing an environment of continuous improvement and quality performance in the welfare to work / employment services sector.



Our client, a nationwide training provider who works with unemployed people and disadvantaged client groups to help them into sustainable employment and further education or qualifications, is seeking to appoint a Quality Manager who is fully conversant with Ofsted inspection guidelines, standards and procedures to oversee their quality assurance program. This role will involve working with all the organisation's training centres within the South UK area to assess how well they are following the procedures that Ofsted looks for during inspections and to assist Centre Managers and staff throughout the organisation in improving and implementing quality systems and procedures where appropriate.



A thorough technical knowledge and understanding of Ofsted/ALI guidelines and contracts run through funding bodies such as JobCentre Plus or LSCT is essential, as is a strong background in education/curriculum for this role and it is likely that the successful candidate will have undergone Ofsted/ALI inspections in their employment with a training provider.



The role will be based in the company’s head office in Essex and you will be expected to travel to the company’s centres throughout the UK as and when necessary.



The starting salary for this role is up to £30,000 based on relevant qualification, previous experience and achievements.
